We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all indoor plant purchases. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or doesn't meet your expectations, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide photos of the plant showing the issue
  • The plant must have been cared for according to provided instructions
  • Original packaging should be retained when possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Covered Issues

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

  • Plants that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Plants that arrive with pests or diseases
  • Plants that are significantly different from the description
  • Plants that show signs of poor health upon arrival
  • Incorrect plants delivered

Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal leaf shedding or minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Plant decline due to improper care after delivery
  • Damage caused by extreme temperatures or neglect
  • Natural variations in plant size, color, or appearance
  • Issues reported after the 30-day guarantee period

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return or exchange an indoor plant, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via phone or email
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the plant
  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  5. We'll provide instructions for return or arrange a replacement

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Replacement Process

If you prefer a replacement plant:

  • We'll arrange delivery of a replacement at no additional cost
  • Replacement will be the same variety or comparable alternative
  • We'll coordinate a convenient delivery time with you
  • The original plant may need to be returned or disposed of per our instructions

Damaged in Transit

If your indoor plant arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection if needed
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or refund
  • No return shipping is required for damaged plants
